Saper Vedere SRL, whose contact details appear in the legal notice, is the data controller for personal data collected via this site, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
We collect only the data necessary for the purposes detailed below. No automated profiling is carried out without human intervention.
Data is processed for the following purposes: responding to a commercial enquiry, handling a job application, sending the editorial newsletter, delivering a downloaded study or barometer, measuring site audience, and meeting legal and accounting obligations.
The data is intended for the internal teams of Saper Vedere SRL who are authorised to access it. It is never resold to third parties.
Technical processors may access data under a contract compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR: web host, emailing platform (EU provider), forms tool, privacy-friendly audience measurement tool. All data is hosted in the European Union. No transfer outside the EU is made without appropriate safeguards.
You have the following rights at all times: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection on legitimate grounds, withdrawal of consent, setting of post-mortem directives, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

On the 2027 Presidential Election observatory, anonymous audience measurement, exempt from consent, counts reads without cookies, without identifiers and without storing IP addresses: page read, reading time, scroll depth, device type (mobile or computer) and whether the visit came from our newsletter (yes or no). If you accept statistics cookies, the newsletter link identifier is also recorded.
