Be supported by the best processes,
tools and multidisciplinary teams.

Practised with the largest organisations in France and internationally, and proven by the method. Saper Vedere supports major players across France, Europe and the world, giving them all the indicators, frameworks and understanding of their context, ecosystem and audiences, so that they can take the fairest, most balanced and most objective view of their situation.

Positioning

Cutting the cost and time of objectification.

After almost ten years of innovation, tools and methods deployed, artificial intelligence now lets us cut both the cost and the time needed for objectification and support.

So that we can support every type of organisation in every sector, with a proven method and by handing over directly all the operational and objective keys our clients need to speed up the launch of their campaigns and their day-to-day operations.

Dual support.

The two strands do not follow one another, they run together: data arms the advice, fieldwork redirects the tool, and our processes emerge from this cycle.

Technology strand
Technology and innovation

Technological and innovation support that makes it possible to be objective and to provide all the tailored indicators for achieving the impact of the organisation in the actions it carries out.

Human strand
A team of three people

At the same time, close-knit human support, with a team of three people able to advise on every aspect of and tool around our work.

It all starts with a workshop.

All our engagements begin with a workshop in which we work very precisely on a societal audit, an audience audit and an understanding of the issues, so as to align with the client. For us, this alignment is essential.

We are specialists through all the major, experienced players we have supported, but you are the specialist, as the client, in your issues, your company and how you want to handle them. It is therefore important to align, and that alignment comes through an objective review of the points at stake and support in the form of a workshop.

What we do there

What it produces
Alignment first, then ambition
  • Alignment with the clientAn objective review of the points at stake, carried out as a workshop.
  • A long-term ambitionGradually freeing yourself from day-to-day issues and, above all, thinking more about the impact the organisation can have as a whole.
Our challenge in this phase

Speeding up this phase so that it is as painless as possible and operational as quickly as possible, so that our clients can rapidly put in place what will let them achieve impact.

Everyday resources.

Thanks to our extensive data and tools, we can supply resources throughout the year to support organisations when the pressure is on. It is not just monitoring: a crisis report, an impact report on an event, a societal audit or an advocacy kit all belong to the same set-up. Each resource below links to the page that describes it.

What matters to us as a consultancy

Being an insurance policy: enabling the organisations we support to get through every heated or critical phase.

Correcting course in an adaptive and agile way.

Very short term
Performance indicators

For every mission we set up, we put in place performance indicators that make it possible to track in the very short term whether or not the chosen approach has worked.

Taking a step back
Outcome indicators

Beyond these performance indicators, it is also important to step back and look at the outcome indicators, to see how far the tools we chose were the right ones.

If the answer turns out to be negative, we adapt the approach to better achieve the desired results and impact.

Our indicators are therefore highly performative and also let us adapt to whatever issues arise at the time.

For example

Identifying whether someone who liked you on LinkedIn went on to join you.

For example

Assessing how far one of your position papers or articles was seen by one of your decision-makers.

Three people on every engagement.

Each mission is carried by three roles, present at every stage: from the initial workshop through to activation.

01 · Methodologies

A methodology specialist

In charge of combining public affairs, influence, communications, social media and studies. They build the mix and make sure the disciplines answer one another instead of sitting side by side.

02 · Mission

A mission specialist

The specialist in the mission requested, who brings detailed knowledge of the sector and the issue at hand.

03 · Delivery

An operations lead

In charge of delivery: they keep to the schedule, manage the deliverables and deal with your teams.

Frequently asked questions about working with us.

How does an engagement begin?

With a workshop. We work very precisely on a societal audit, an audience audit and an understanding of the issues, so as to align with you. This alignment is essential: we are specialists in methods and in the major players we have supported, you are the specialist in your issues and your company.

Do we have to commit to Saper Vedere for a minimum of 12 months?

No. An engagement starts with a workshop and a societal audit, which takes one to two weeks. If the collaboration makes sense beyond that, we set up ongoing support. There is no minimum term.

How many Saper Vedere consultants work on a mission?

Three. A methodology specialist, in charge of combining public affairs, influence, communications, social media and studies; a specialist in the mission requested; and an operations lead in charge of delivery.

What do we receive between steering meetings?

Resources produced throughout the year from our data and tools: biographical profiles, territory profiles, audience audits, media mapping and ad hoc studies. They are there to support the organisation when the pressure is on.

How do you know the approach is working?

Through two levels of indicators. Performance indicators tell you in the very short term whether the chosen approach has worked. Outcome indicators tell you, with hindsight, whether the tools chosen were the right ones. If the answer is negative, we adapt the approach.

How does an engagement end?

A documented handover: methodology, sources, tools, processes. An executive who leaves us should come away having learned something about their environment. Teaching is built into everything we do.
